Farber LLC is a law practice focused on helping innovation driven clients achieve their goals by supporting them with strategic legal services. Our practice currently focuses on providing outside general counsel services, intellectual property support and litigation management.

Farber LLC emerged from a technology driven in-house counsel culture, where our clients grew over 300 percent in just under a decade. Therefore, we approach matters from a company and business perspective. We strive to provide our clients the attention, experience, and expertise of an executive chief legal officer. As such, all matters get the direct and personal attention of a senior attorney with the most relevant experience. In order to provide this service, we generally do not handle routine matters and limit the number of matters we undertake.

Our attorneys have been responsible for

• providing strategic counsel regarding intellectual property transactions for Fortune 500 companies;
• protecting ten billion dollars of annual revenue through a global patent portfolio of about twenty five thousand patents and patent applications;
• managing teams that successfully litigated cases having billions of dollars of aggregate potential liability; and
• served as either outside General Counsel or Chief Intellectual Property Counsel for various emerging companies as they raised over half a billion dollars in the private and public markets.
